摘 要:目的:了解现行教育模式下护生的沟通能力。方法:对285名护生采用问卷调查并进行分析。结果:护生沟通能力显著低于常模(P<0.01),在校护生沟通能力优于实习护生(P<0.01),担任学生干部的护生沟通能力优于非学生干部护生(P<0.01),中专、大专、本科护生之间以及来自城市与农村的护生之间沟通能力比较均无显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:护生沟通能力尚有待提高,特别是实习护生,应该通过多渠道培训以提高护生沟通能力。Objective: To understand the communicative ability of nursing students under the current education mode. Methods: A questionnaire and analysis were performed to investigate 285 nursing students. Results: Communicative ability of nursing students is significantly not as good as the normal (P〈0.01). The nursing school students show better performances in communication than the clinical practice students (P〈0.01). Cadre students also show better communicative ability than that of ordinary students(P〈0.01). There is no significant difference among different educational background and between the urban and rural students (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Various methods should be introduced for nursing students, especially for the clinical practice students in order to improve their communicative ability.
