摘　　要：通过问卷调查发现,来自中小学各个层面的对教师继续教育的需求呈现出明显的趋同性,教师继续教育经费投入不足、课程设置不合理、培训方式改革滞后,已经严重阻碍了教师继续教育的发展。指出应该通过制度建设及对教师教育的一系列改革,使教师继续教育健康发展。The analysis of the questionnaire found that people concerned have consensus on secondary and elementary school teachers＇ further education needs. The factors holding back the healthy development of teachers＇ further education are： deficient funds, irrational curriculum, and out-of-date training patterns. It is pointed out that the way out is the establishment of further education system and a series of reforms.
