摘　　要：主要阐述了教师校本教师培训的重要途径及其意义,进一步对校本培训内容的设置,采用灵活多样的培训形式;建立校本培训的保障机制,注重激发教师的参与热情作了探讨与研究,并提出校本教师培训应该注意的问题。This paper mainly discusses the important approach and its meaning of school-based teachers＇ training, further makes the setting of training content, adopts flexible training forms, and establishes the training Secure mechanism. This paper also analyzes and researches how to inspire teachers＇ participated enthusiasm and puts forward some problems should beconcerned about school-based teachers＇ training.
