摘　　要：综述了VitC(VitC)生产技术的发展过程和趋势,着重介绍了二步发酵法和葡萄糖直接发酵法的研发现状,并对我国VitC生产技术的前景进行了展望。Developmental process and trend of industrial technology on vitamin C are reviewed. Present situation of R＆D of the two steps fermentation method and the glucose-substrate fermentation method is introduced emphatically. The direction of industrial technology on vitamin C in China is previewed.
