摘　　要：对具有Q-逆断面的正则半群S的基于子半群R、L为构件的结构,引入了R、L上的同余的相容条件及用R和L上同余作成的同余对的概念,给出了S上的相应的同余刻画.用所给出的同余刻画方法,描述了逆半群同余、群同余和幂等分离同余.In this paper, congruences on regular semigroups with Q - inverse transversal are investigated based on their bricks -building structure. Congruences on this type of regular semigroups are coordinated by their restriction to the semigroups R and L. The representation of a congruence in the form of parameters, which satisfy some simple compatibility conditions, enables us to describe inverse congruences, group congruences and idempotent - separating congruences efficiently.
