摘  要:建立了气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS),选择离子技术对草莓中乙草胺、西玛津、哒螨酮、禾草克、阿特拉津、扑草净、甲草胺多残留进行同时检测的方法。匀浆后的草莓试样用乙酸乙酯进行提取,提取液经滤纸过滤后收集,再浓缩蒸干,用丙酮:正己烷(30:70,V/V)溶液溶解至5ml,经Florisil固相萃取柱净化,吹干后用丙酮定容,供气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行测定。实验结果表明,除草剂在0.05~1.00μg/ml浓度范围内,具有良好的线性响应,相关系数分别在0.9964到0.9998之间,添加浓度为0.05~1.00μg/ml时,回收率在77.4%~125.2%之间,该方法的最低检测限为0.01μg/g。A method is described for simultaneous analysis of simazine, atrazine, acetochlor, alachlor, prometryne, pyridaben, quizalofop-ethyl residue in strawberry using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The herbicides in the sample was extracted with ethyl acetate.The extract was decanted into a flask through a filter paper, then the filtered solution was concentrated to dry. The dry sample was dissolved and added to 5 mL with acetone-n-hexane (30:70, VN). It was cleaned up by Florisil, concentrated again. The sample was dissolved and adjusted to lmL with acetone.The solution was used for C-C-MS analysis. The calibration curve has good linear in the ranges of 0,05~1.00 μg/ml, and the correlation coffient is 0.9964~0.9998 for herbicides, respectively. The recovery of the method is 77.4% ~125.2%, and the detection limit is 0.01 μg/g.
