摘 要:目的评价3种抗缺氧制剂对改善高原人体脑供血状况的效果,为高原临床应用提供实验依据。方法将拉萨地区40名健康志愿者随机均分为食品组、多维电解质泡腾饮片(简称多维泡腾片)组、红景天组和对照组;采用多功能阻抗测试仪分析服用3种抗缺氧制剂前后脑血流图的变化。结果志愿者服用3种抗缺氧制剂后,食品组脑血流图主波波幅上升时间〔(0.110±0.033)s〕较服用前〔(0.174±0.072)s〕显著减少(P<0.05);血液流入时间〔(0.262±0.043)s〕较服用前〔(0.306±0.019)s〕显著缩短(P<0.05);流入阻力指数(0.986±0.044)较服用前(0.916±0.01)显著增大(P<0.05)。多维泡腾片组主波波幅上升时间〔(0.111±0.024)s〕较服用前〔(0.151±0.054)s〕显著减少(P<0.05),流入容积速度〔(1.476±0.405)Ω/s〕较服用前〔(0.916±0.395)Ω/s〕显著增大(P<0.05);红景天组前后对比无统计学意义。结论在3种抗缺氧制剂中,抗缺氧食品和多维泡腾片对于改善人体在高原低氧环境下的脑血液循环具有显著作用。Objective To evaluate the effect of three anti-hypoxia preparations on human brain blood supply at altitude, so as to provide experimental basis for clinical use at altitude. Methods Forty healthy volunteers in Lasa were randomly divided into four groups: anti-hypoxia food group, multi-vitamins & electrolytes effervescent tablets (MVEET) group, rhodiola group, and blank control. Impedance rheography was used to analyze the change of cerebral blood flow (CBF). Results The rise time [ (0.110 ± 0.033) s] and inflow time [(0.262 ± 0. 043 )s] of CBF after taking anti-hypoxia food were significantly shorter than those before treatment [( 0. 174 ± 0.072 )s, (0.306 ± 0.019)s, respectively, P 〈 0. 05], while the infusion resistant index (ratio of HH to HS) was significantly increased (0.986 ± 0.044 vs 0.916 ± 0. 101, P 〈 0.05). The rise time in MVEET group was decreased [ ( 0.111 ± 0.024 ) s vs (0.151 ± 0. 054)s, P 〈 0.05], while infusion volume velocity was increased [ ( 1. 476 ± 0. 405 ) Ω/s vs (0. 916 ± 0. 395 )Ω/s, P 〈 0.05]. There was no significant change in rhodiola group. Conclusion Among the three antihypoxia preparations, anti-hypoxia food and MVEET could improve the cerebral blood circulation of human at high altitude to a certain extent.
