摘  要:培养具有高级智慧和完美人格的专业化教师,是现代教育特别是师范教育改革和发展的客观要求。综合实践活动是现代课程重构的重要结晶,是提升师范生培养质量的有效途径。教师要在先进教育理念的指导下,科学开展综合实践活动,实现其应有的质量效应。To cultivate specialized teachers with high intelligence and perfect personalities is an important task in the reform and development of modern education and in particular the teachers' eduction. As the cystalization formed in the restructuring of modern education, comprehensive practice and field work serves as an effective way to improve the quality of the students. With a view to achieving the desired quality effect, the teachers should conduct comprehensive practice in a scientific way under the guidance of the advanced educational concepts.
