摘　　要：高职院校精品课程建设关键在于过程建设,为此必须重视过程管理。高职院校实施精品课程建设的过程管理,要建立过程管理组织领导机构;制定相关文件,实现过程的制度化管理;实行以第一线的教师为主体的负责人制;形成流畅的过程管理流程。The key of top-ranking curriculum construction in higher vocational schools is process coustruction, so the process management should be emphasized. In order to implement process management of topranking curriculum, higher vocational schools should build leadership institution for process management organization, make out relative documents, carry out systematic management, implement the teacher-responsible system which take frontier teachers as the subject, form smooth process management flow.
