摘　　要：继续教育是对专业技术人员进行知识更新、补充、拓展和能力提高的一种高层次的追加教育。在农业系统中,科技人才的继续教育是适应现代社会、科技、经济高度发展的需要、迎接知识经济和终身教育时代挑战、提高农业科技人才素质和国际竞争力的有力手段。随着知识经济时代的到来和农业产业结构的调整、优化,农业科技人才的继续教育任务更加艰巨,所应采取的途径和方法也相应地更加趋向多渠道和多样化。The continuing education is the supplementary education for professional and technical staff to update their knowledge, to add, expand and improve their ability. In the agricultural system, the continuing education of science and technology talent is in the needs of modern society, science and technology, the rapid economic development, the knowledge-based economy and it can meet the challenges of the era of lifelong education, improve agricultural technology professionals＇ quality and become the powerful means of international competitiveness. With the arrival of the era of knowledge economy and the agricultural structure adjustment, optimization, the continuing education of agricultural science and technology talent is becoming the arduous tasks, which should take ways and means of a corresponding trend with more and more channels and diversification.
