摘 要:对玉米花粉多糖的抑菌活性进行了研究。结果表明,不同浓度多糖溶液的抑菌效果存在极显著差异,25.0mg/mL多糖溶液具有明显的抑菌作用;玉米花粉多糖的抑菌作用在不同病原菌上存在极显著性差异,对沙门氏菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抑制效果;花粉多糖对细菌的抑制作用强于对真菌的抑制作用;玉米花粉活性多糖具有良好的开发前景。Antimicrobial activities of corn pollen polysaccharide were studied on different pathogens, The results showed that there existed extremely significant differences among antimicrobial effects of polysaccharide solution with different concentration, The antimicrobial effect of 25.0mg/mL polysaccharide solution was significant. There were also extremely significant differences among antimicrobial effects of corn pollen polysaccharide on the different pathogens, The antibacterial effects of polysaccharide on S. typhimurium and S. aureus were obvious, The antimicrobial effects of pollen polysaccharide on bacteria were better than that of polysaccharide on fungi. The active polysaccharide of corn pollenhas good prospect of exploitation and utilization.
