摘  要:[目的]为解决马铃薯储藏过程中的出芽问题。[方法]用马铃薯品种费乌瑞它作试验品种,设6个处理,研制不同的抑芽剂配方,进行抑芽和储藏试验。[结果]处理②(1.5 g CIPC抑芽剂+0.5 g杀菌剂,均匀铺洒)和处理③(10 g CIPC,均匀铺洒)效果最佳,应用抑芽剂处理后可延长马铃薯的保质期,可长期使马铃薯块茎不发芽、重量损失小、外观保持新鲜。[结论]处理②可以考虑进行大规模试验,处理③值得进一步研究。The aim of the research was to solve the budding problem of potato in the storage process. [ Method] With Favorita as trial variety, 6 treatments were set up and different fomulas of bud inhibitors were developed to conduct the tests of inhibiting buds and storage were made. [ Resuit] Treatment (2) ( 1.5 g CIPC bud inhibitor + 0.5 g germicide uniformly spraying)and (3) ( 10 g CIPC,uniformly spraying)have best effects. The treatments with bud inhibitors could prolong the shelf life of potato, prevent potato tuber from germinating, reduce weight loss and keep fresh in appearance. [Conclusion] Treatment (2) could be considered for making the test in a Large scale and treatment (3) was worth further research.
