摘　　要：智利是世界十大葡萄酒生产国之一，属于“酒的新世界”。虽然智利葡萄酒在最近的几十年才享誉世界，但智利的酿酒史可以追溯到400多年前，那时西班牙传教士教当地人用Pais葡萄酿酒以供祭祀之用。今天，智利的葡萄酒酿造者们正以他们的辛勤和坚韧收获着他们的成果。Chile is one of the top ten wine producers in the world and at the same time a member of “A new world of wines”, Though Chilean wines have been known across the world in the last few decades, its wine growing history can be dated back to the 16^th century, At that time, missionaries from Spain brought the Spanish wine making techniques to the locals.
