摘　　要：课堂教学管理是教学管理的重要组成部分。保证教学质量,提高教学效果都离不开教师对每一堂课的组织和管理。尤其是在外语教学中,良好的教学环境,有效的课堂组织会营造出一个宽松、积极而又和谐的教学氛围,使学生更好地参与语言教学活动。Classroom management plays an important role in the process of teaching administration. Both the guarantee of teaching quality and the improvement of teaching efficiency can be inseparable from each classroom management and organization. Especially in foreign language teaching, good teaching conditions and efficient classroom organization will establish a relaxed, positive and harmonious teaching and learning atmosphere, which helps students to participate in language teaching activities.
