摘 要:职业教育的发展需要企业的深度参与。企业可以在专业建设和课程开发、实践教学、师资队伍建设、资金投入等方面发挥资源优势,全方位、多层面参与职业教育。目前,企业参与职业教育还存在企业教育制度不健全、缺乏内驱力和缺乏约束力等制约因素,需要完善法律政策,建立利益补偿机制,强化行业监督职能等,以促进企业的参与行为。The development of vocational education demand deep participation of enterprise. The enterprise can fully take its resources advantages in specialty construction, curriculum development, practice training, teaching staff construction and financial input to participate in vocational education of various levels mul- ti-dimensionally. Nowadays, there exist restriction factors in enterprise participating in vocational education, such as imperfect enterprise education system, the lack of inherent driving force and restriction force. Therefore, in order to foster enterprise' participation in vocational education, the government should optimize legal policy, build benefit compensation mechanism and strengthen the monitoring function of industry.
