摘　　要：旨在优化现有中层干部选拔模式。以供电分公司现有中层干部选拔模式为基础,针对存在的不足进行优化和改革,构建举荐、测评、决策、监督四大运行系统,以实现选拔过程的公开化、选拔手段的科学化、选拔指标的系统化,以寻求一个适应企业发展要求的干部选拔新模式。The article seeks to optimize the existing middle-level cadres and selecting models to the existing power supply branches middle cadre selection model.In view of the lack of optimization and reform, building recommendation, evaluation, decisionmaking, supervision of the four major operating system to achieve an open selection process, the selection means to a more scientific and systematic selection of indicators, Adaptation to seek an enterprise development requirements of the new model of selecting cadres.
