摘 要:为了开发亮叶杨桐——这种中国特有的植物,采用传统的有机溶剂提取法获得了亮叶杨桐叶的黄酮类提取物(FE)。高效液相色谱(HPLC)和多级串联电喷雾质谱(ESI-MSn)的分析表明,亮叶杨桐叶中的主要黄酮类化合物为山茶苷A,其在FE中的质量分数高达51.19%±1.13%。在DPPH自由基清除力、还原力、羟自由基清除力等抗氧化实验中,亮叶杨桐叶的黄酮类提取物展现了较强的抗氧化能力。In order to develop Adinandra nitida Merr. ex Li (a kind of particular plant in China ), ftavonnid extract from leaves of A. nitida (FE) was obtained by traditional solvent extraction. By high per-formance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) and tandem electrospray ionization mass spectrometry ( ESI-MS^n ), the major flavonoid in leaves was identified as camellianin A, whose content in FE was as high as 51.19 % ± 1.13 %. The flavonoid extract showed high antioxidant activity by measuring abilities of scavenging DPPH radicals and hydroxyl radicals. It also exhibited strong reducing power. These results revealed that FE could be served as a new natural antioxidant.
