摘　　要：多媒体网络的人机结合外语教学模式不仅运用了先进技术手段,提高了教学效率,更重要的是为教师和学生提供了丰富的教学和教辅资源,从声、像、图、文等多方面改变了以往获取信息渠道单一的状况,更为教育参与各因子提供了广阔的交流互动平台。多媒体网络外语教学应遵循自然原则、折中原则、风格原则、语用原则,充分发挥其教学信息效果;培养学生的主体作用。The multimedia and online model of college English teaching transcends the mere application ot advancea technology and the increase of the teaching efficiency. It also provides a great deal of educational information by the means of voice, speech, image and literary materials, and a channel to communicate between learning participants. Multimedia and online teaching should be based on initial condition principle, eclectic teaching principle, style principle and pragmatic principle. Develop its teaching effect completely, train student＇s main-body effect.
