教育资源网络扩张与均衡下的薄弱学校发展研究——兼论重庆落后地区的教育发展模式

摘　　要：利用网络传播优秀学校的优质教育资源,能够在保存优秀学校的优质教育资源、实现可持续发展的同时,又能有效地均衡教育资源,促进薄弱学校实现跨越式发展。在利用网络传播、使用优质教育资源的实践中,不但要将其视为系统工程,处理好包括选择中下难度教学资源、多方面合力解决网络设备架设、明晰网络教学资源使用权限等问题,还要对网络教学资源在薄弱学校进行"校本化"处理,使其适合于薄弱学校。同时,优质教育资源网络扩张这一教育资源均衡模式对于薄弱学校的改造、质量提升具有现实可行的价值。Spreading excellent teaching resources of first - class schools with the help of internet can conserve the good teaching resources and realize sustainable development. At the same time, it can distribute teaching resources fairly and promote low - performing schools＇ leaping development. In practice, we should not only take it as a systematic project, but also try to deal with certain problems, such as choosing proper teaching resources, setting up internet equipment, define the limits of authority and adjusting it to low - performing schools. Meanwhile, it can improve the low -performing schools＇ condition and teaching quality.
