摘　　要：冯友兰先生是20世纪中国哲学界不多见的几个构建了自己的哲学系统的职业哲学家之一。他继《中国哲学史》和《新对话》之后,完成了一部旨在存亡之际面向人的存在的理性主义的哲学宏构———《贞元六书》,即他的"新理学"体系。其中,对实际无所肯定或者甚少肯定的理气范畴,在当时乃至今天学界引来的争议也比较多。FENG You-lan is one of those who constructed their own system in Chinese philosophy circles rare for a few philosophical of vocational philosopher in the 20th century. Following his A History of Chinese Philosophy and New Dialogue, he completed a third work, Zhenyuan Six Book, which is referred to survival of the people of the existence of the philosophy of rationalism - conformation, that is, his ＂neo-Confucianism＂ system. Both Li and Qi among the system are certainly nothing of the actual justification or certainly very little two areas, and have aroused much controversy in academic circles from then on.
