摘　　要：随着高校的扩招,大学毕业生就业形势日趋严峻。如何有效地加强大学生职业指导,越来越成为社会各界普遍关注的热点和焦点问题。本研究通过问卷调查分析了高职院校学生的职业心理现状,并提出了职业指导对策,以期教育和引导大学生确立正确的就业心理和择业心态。With the expansion of university enrollment, it is more and more difficult for college graduates to find jobs. The issue of strengthening the employment instruction of college students has increasingly aroused concerns of the whole society. Based on a questionnaire, the paper analyzes the professional psychology of the students and proposes the corresponding strategies, which is in the hope of helping students to establish proper attitude to take and choose jobs.
