摘  要:随着现代人力资源管理理念与方法的推广应用,国内部分医院已经认识到现代人力资源管理的重要性。薪酬设计是人力资源管理的一个重要方面,本文在总结经验的基础上,研究了医院薪酬设计的原则与方法。首先从薪酬现状分析入手,提炼出薪酬设计的三大基本原则:公平原则、竞争原则、激励原则;然后以基本原则为指导,讨论了薪酬设计的注意事项以及准备工作;最后得出薪酬设计的六大步骤:岗位分析、岗位评价、薪酬调查、薪酬定位、薪酬结构设计、薪酬体系的实施和修正。The importance of modem human resource management has been recognized. Salary designing is an important part of human resource management. The principles and methods of salary' designing were discussed. Three principles as impartiality, competition and encouragement were extracted through analyzing the current salary situation at first, and then the preliminary preparation were introduced based on the basic principal. Finally, it was concluded that salary designing should include six steps: post analysis, post assessment, salary investigation, salary definition, salary structure designing and the application and revision of salary system.
