摘  要:了解浙江省义务教育阶段教师专业发展进程中的实际情况,总结教师专业发展的成果,分析存在的问题,对促进教师专业发展尤为重要。中小学教师在学历、职称和教学科研上进入较高层次后,作为中小学教师专业发展的主要途径之一——教师培训更要以中小学教师为本,深入了解他们的真实需求,加强培训内容的针对性,提高培训工作的实效性,激发教师参加培训的积极性,使培训变得学后能用,学后会用,从而加大推进教师专业发展的力度。In order to promote teachers professional development, it is of great importance to understand the practical condition in teachers professional development progress, to sum up the results of teachers professional development, and to analyze existing problems. At a time when primary and middle school teachers schooling, titles and teaching scientific research have entered a higher stage, as the main way of primary and middle school teachers' professional development, teachers' training should put the teachers first, know clearly about teachers' practical needs, strengthen and enhance the efficiency of training work and motivate teachers to take part in training actively.
