摘  要:目的:对婴幼儿配方奶粉中阪崎肠杆菌的分子检测方法进行探讨。方法:分别用常规PCR方法和实时荧光PCR方法对32份奶粉样品进行阪崎肠杆菌鉴定。结果:32份样品中检出2株阳性株,阳性率为6.25%,两种检测方法结果相符。结论:市售婴幼儿配方奶粉中存在阪崎肠杆菌污染,应尽快制订婴幼儿食品中阪崎肠杆菌的检测标准,分子检测方法可快速准确检测阪崎肠杆菌。Objective:To study the molecular methods of isolation and identification of Enterobacter sakazakii(E.sakazakii) from commercial available powdered infant formula.Methods:E.sakazakii, which was isolated from thirty-two infant powder samples,was identified by ordinary PCR and real-time PCR respectively.Results:Two strains of E.sakazakii were isolated and identified from 32 samples of the powdered infant formula,with the positive rate being 6.25%.The results of the two identification methods were consistent with each other.Conclusion:The study showed that the contamination of powdered infant formula caused by E.sakazakii was existent.The detection criteria on E.sakazakii should be established as soon as possible.Taking molecular identification methods at the same time could increase the detection credibility of E.sakazakii.
