摘  要:采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取淡竹叶挥发油,并利用气相色谱-质谱法对其香味成分进行了分析.结果表明:挥发油中主要含有44种香味成分,占总质量分数的97.28%,其中,棕榈酸、橙花叔醇、糠醛含量较大.卷烟加香试验表明:淡竹叶挥发油能有效地掩盖卷烟杂气,使烟气柔和、香气细腻,对改进烟气质量作用明显,合理用量为0.0010%~0.0015%.The volatile oil of traction (SDE). These flavo Phyllostachys glauca leaves was r compounds of volatile oil were prepared by simultaneous distillation and exisolated and identified by capillary GC -MS method, and 44 compounds were identified, amounting to total massfraction of 97.28%. The main flavor compounds were palmitoleic acid, nerolidol, furfural. The volatile oil of PhyUostachys glauca leaves was applied in cigarettes as tobacco flavorant. The results indicated that it could efficiently reduce offensive odor, make tobacco smoke smooth and fine, and improve smoking quality of the cigarettes. The rational consumption of volatile oil Phyllostachys glauca leaves was 0. 001 0% -0.001 5%.
