摘　　要：本文基于网络英语教学的特点和要求,以建构主义理论为基础,主要介绍了如何将网络英语教学与传统教学模式相结合,使现有的物质条件发挥出最大的功用,最大限度促进英语教学水平的提高。Based on the characteristics and demands of network instruction and constructive learning theory, this paper introduces how to combine network instruction with the traditional teaching mode. So we can make use of the existed conditions to it＇ s utmost potential to enhance the level of English teaching.
