摘　　要：综合运用素质教育基本理论,通过教学实践,提出和验证了课内、课外相结合,组织形式多样化,活动内容个性化的"课内外一体化"教学模式是当前高校公共体育课程较为适用的模式,并对其今后发展方向进行前瞻。Base on quality education,with the methods of teaching experiment,the parper put forward the physical education courses university incorporate in and after class, the integration teaching mode in P. E curriculum has been proved to be a more applicable mode in university, and it also scan its development status of P. E class.
