摘　　要：澳大利亚TAFE职业教育成功的原因在于:政府及社会高度重视职业教育,TAFE和工业集团联合办学,提供终身学习的场所和机会,上下贯通的教育体系,课程设置的多样性、灵活性和实用性,强调能力培训和实践技能的评估以及学术资格得到普遍承认等。其成功经验对我国职业教育有多方面的启示。The writers claim that TAFE in Australia is successful, and that the key lies in the importance attached by both government and communities to vocational education. TAFE, with industrial groups, offers opportunities, diversified, flexible, and practical courses for lifelong learning, and creates a complete or through educational system from the elementary vocational to the higher education.
