摘　　要：高职学院现代学校制度,是一种"好的"、"现代的"、"先进的"学校制度,是一个调整学校内外关系、规范人们行为,使教育有序运行的规则体系,其主导价值追求是"人的发展"。以人为本,是高职学院现代学校制度的根本原则。system to in order. It is a the relationship between inside and outside school and people＇s behaviour with education Its point is in pursuit of ＂human＇s development＂. Regarding people as the first is the cardinal principle of higher vocational college＇s modem system.
