摘  要:本文用BSF01戊聚糖酶制剂处理米糠,考查其营养价值的变化特性及其酶解作用效果,继在日粮中添加米糠饲养生长猪和肉仔鸡,分析其对动物生产性能影响及其对机体消化代谢作用机理。结果表明,米糠经酶解后,可去除70%—80%的戊聚糖,在日粮中添加10%以上的米糠饲养生长猪和肉仔鸡,能降低其生长速度和饲料转化率,这是由于戊聚糖能影响营养物质代谢,从而降低饲料利用率所致。In this paper,the variation characteristics of nutritive value in rice bran and its effect of enzymolysis were deterimined using BSF01 enzyme preparation for treating rice bran and then the effects of treated rice bran on the animal performance and the digestivemetabolic mechanism were analysised using the rice bran diet for feeding growing pig and broiler.The results was shown that the 70%80% pentosans in rice bran was degradated by enzyme preparation and the growth rate of animals and feed conversion rate decreased when over 10% rice bran was added to the basal diet for feeding pig and broiler,it was caused of antinutritive effect of pentosans on metabolism of nutritive matter,so that it result in decreasing feed utility value.
