摘　　要：[目的]了解医科大学生的营养知识、态度及饮食行为,为大学生进行营养健康教育和膳食指导提供依据。[方法]采用KAB问卷调查方法,对某职业技术学院603名大学生进行营养知识、态度、饮食行为及营养状况调查。[结果]大学生对营养知识缺乏全面深入的了解,92.3%的学生营养知识水平处于中低等水平,营养行为处于较差的水平;但表现出较好的营养态度。年级越高,营养知识越丰富,接受营养知识的态度越好。对饮食行为得分分类(Y)作多因素logistic回归分析,结果显示:对营养知识的态度(X1)、营养知识得分(X2)、父亲文化程度分级(X3)与饮食行为密切相关。[结论]被调查学生的营养知识缺乏,饮食行为不科学,营养态度普遍积极,学校应进行营养知识宣传和饮食行为引导。[Objective]To study the knowledge,attitude and behavior on nutrition among students in a technical college,and to provide a basis for developing nutritional health education and diet instruction.[Methods]By questionnaires with KAP questions,the knowledge,attitude and behavior on nutrition,and nutritional status among 603 college students in a technical college were investigated.[Results]College students were lack of nutrition knowledge,and the nutrition knowledge of 92.3% students showed to be in middle and low levels as well as the nutritional behaviors revealed to be a lower level,while which showed to be good attitude about nutrition. The knowledge and attitude about nutrition was increased with grade. The scores of different diet behavior were analyzed by logistic regression analysis,the results showed that：the nutritional attitudes（X1）,scores of nutritional knowledge（X2）,and and father’s education grade（X3）revealed significant association with diet behaviors. The college students are short of nutritional knowledge and 92.3 percent of them is in middle and low level.[Conclusion]The college students investigated are short of knowledge about nutrition,and with non-scientific diet behaviors,but most of them showed active attitude about nutrition. It is suggestion that nutrition education activities should be implemented and reasonable diet guide should be carried out.
