摘  要:国内微电子产业迅猛发展,支持在低端产品的基础技术人员的储备已经达到相当规模,但自主研发高端产品的专业人才匮乏。目前高等学校微电子专业改革中,在通才和专才培养模式之间很难找到平衡点。本文通过对比中美的微电子人才培养模式,讨论微电子专业通才和专才的培养模式。In the recent microelectronics industry of China,the most IC products are concentrated on middle or even low level technological market and the number of the engineers suitable for this level seems to be more than enough.However,there is short of engineers who can work on new products having competitive power in market.It is hard for universities to find a balance point between the general education and the specialized education training models in reforming their current microelectronics course system.This paper discusses an appropriate training models for general education and specialized education by comparing the microelectronics engineer training models of China with USA.
