摘　　要：本科生导师制是针对本科生的自身特点和学习能力,给予个性化指导,培养创新能力,构建个人课程体系和知识结构,以减少选课和学习中的盲目性,为学生提供学习、生活和思想指导的一种教育管理模式。针对医学专科院校的本科生实施本科生导师制,除具有一般高等教育的优点外,更符合医学专科院校教育的特点和发展优势。Tutorial system for undergraduate students is an education administer pattern which can afford the individuation guidance to their study,life and ideal and cultivate their innovative ability,constrnct individual course system and information composition so as to decrease the blindness in their course seleetion and study. Actualizing tutorial system for undergraduate students in medical junior college not only has the advantage of general senior education and but also accords with the feature and development advantage of medical junior college.
