摘　　要：本文主要对西方企业组织变革的内涵、变革的动力与阻力、变革的模式及变革与组织绩效的关系4个方面的文献进行了综述,希望能够从中找出思路,为分析我国企业健康发展之路有所启发与借鉴。Organization evolution is a worldwide wave, and it is focus of the enterprises faced challenges of economic system reform and the evolution of competitive environment. The paper mainly has combed and induced four fields literature of organization evolution, such as conception, the driven factors and the resistance factors, organization evolution model and the relations between organization and organization perforrnance. It will help us take a good understanding of organization evolution theory.
