摘 要:目的建立气相色谱-质谱联用仪法检测断肠草中钩吻碱的方法。方法试样经碱液振荡和超声提取后,用三氯甲烷萃取,用毛细管柱HP-5MS进行分离,采用电离方式(EI),气相色谱,质谱联用仪检测断肠草的钩吻碱含量。结果方法检出限为0,2mg/kg;回收率84.2%~92.6%,相对标准偏差小于5%。结论本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高,重现性好,适用于食物中毒样品的定性和定量分析。Objective To establish the method of gas chromatography with mass spectrometry for determination of gelsemine in graceful jessamine herb. Methods The samples were first extracted by alkali liquor with vibration and ultrasonic, then extracted with chloroform, separated on a HP-SMS column and detected by gas chromatography with mass spectrometry with electricity ionization (EI) mode. Results The limit of detection was 0.2 mg/kg. The recovery range was from 84.2% to 92.6%, and relative standard deviation was lower than 5%. Conchlsion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive, and suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis for food poisoning samples.
