摘　　要：抗性淀粉是广泛存在于淀粉类食物中的、有益于机体健康的功能性成分,对肠道健康的促进作用正日益受到人们的关注。为此就抗性淀粉在结肠癌预防中的有益作用及其食物含量的影响因素进行综述。Resistant starch widely exists in starch foods, and is a functional component and beneficial to physical health. Promotion functions of resistant starch for colon health are increasingly drawing people＇s attention. So the beneficial effects of resistant starch for colon cancer prevention and the content influences of foods were reviewed.
