摘　　要：单元组织(Cellular organization)是一种能有效实现对复杂多变环境的快速与灵活适应的新型组织形式。现有的研究缺乏对单元组织的基本特征及管理结构的探讨。本文阐述了单元组织的内涵,分析了单元组织的主要特征,并从组织层次、组织过程及管理控制机制三方面探讨了单元组织的管理结构。Cellular organization is a new form of enterprise organization that appeared in recent years. There are little studies on the properties and control structure of cellular organization. This paper illustrates the concept of cellular organization, analyses the main properties, and discusses the management structure from three perspectives: structure level, organizing process and control mechanisms.
