摘  要:新一轮课程改革政策在农村地区遇到了执行上的困境。究其原因,义务教育课程政策在价值取向和内容上的失范与失衡是造成问题的重要因素之一。因此,探寻关照农村受教育者的现实需要和生存场域的义务教育课程政策是促进农村社会顺利转型和解决农村儿童受教育问题的重要途径。While experiencing the social transformation, how to meet the needs of the construction of a new socialist countryside and the urbanization is the new problem that compulsory education in rural areas must meet with. However, the policy of compulsory education curriculum reform is confronting with difficulties in implementation. Tracing to its sources, the abnormality and imbalance in the orientation of value and content of the curriculum reform policy should bear the responsibility. Thus, the exploration about the making of curriculum reform policies, which can consider the needs and environments of the rural children , will be the effective way to solve the problem.
