摘　　要：苜蓿根瘤菌突变株JH66菌体生长最适培养基为：蔗糖5g，牛肉膏1g，蛋白胨1g，K2HPO40.0．5g，CaSO40．2g，Na2MoO40.01g，H2O1L，pH7.0．培养1d后，补加葡萄糖至聚β-羟基丁酸（PHB）积累最适碳氮比为15：1，继续培养1d，干菌体PHB含量有显著提高．The Rhizobium melitoti mutant strain JH66 was grown in the optimal medium that contained 5 g sucrose, 1 g beef-extraction, 1 g peptone, 0.5 g K2HPO4, 0. 2g CaSO4, 0. 01 g Na2MoO4 and 1 L H2O at PH 7. 0. After cultured for 1 day, glucose was added to the medium to make the optimal combination between carbon sourse and nitrogen sourse for PHB accumulation. Continued to be cultured for 1 day, the PHB content in dry cells was improved. The PHB molecular weight was between 270-920 thousand.
