摘　　要：《体育（与健康）课程标准》在对体育教学内容是否应该进行指导和如何进行指导两方面都缺乏明确的思路和说明．也由于体育教师缺乏创新能力和意识，造成了现阶段体育课教学内蓉一定程度上的混乱。本文主要从课程标准所涵盖的知识体系、课程的目的与目标等方面，对《课标》进行深入分析、理解后提出全新的体育与健康课程内容的构建体系。"Sports(health) curriculum standards" in the physical education content should guide and how to guide in both the lack of clear ideas and notes,but also because of the lack of physical education teachers innovation capability and awareness ,As a result,Causeing a certain degree of confusion of teaching physical education at this stage.In this paper,Proposing the new physical education and health curriculum Construction System after analysising and understanding "curriculum standards".
