摘　　要：大学学生工作的最基层组织是班级,班级管理是学校各项教育、教学及管理活动的基本承载体和落脚点。本文用人事心理学的模式对班级管理提出一些尝试性建议,为基层管理者的"班主任"提供一个班级管理的新途径。Class is the most fundamental organization of university student administration, so the administration of classes is the most basic and fundamental of all school work from education of various kinds to teaching and management.This thesis attempts to apply the personnel psychology model to provide the class supervisor a new method for the administration of classes.
