摘  要:实现高师培养目标的核心是课程建设与改革。中小学教育需要一支具有当代教师专业素质的教师队伍,这对高师课程改革提出了严峻的挑战。高师课程应针对现存问题加强改革,从自身的特点出发,突出课程师范性的本质特点,课程结构应强调学科教育、教师专业教育的本质特征,与教师教育的职业性相联系。The Construction and reform of curriculums are the keys to attaining the goal of teachers' education. Teachers with the professional qualities of contemporary teacher are essential to the teaching in primary school and middle school which poses a great challenge to the reform of the teachers' courses. It's imperative to enhance the reform in light of the existing problem and the characteristics of the teaching as well as to stress the integration of the natures of disciplinary education and teachers' specialized education with the vocational property of teachers' training.
