大学生科技创新基地育人模式的探索

摘　　要：华中科技大学电工与电子科技创新中心在创建大学生实践创新平台的同时，依托创新中心积极开展育人模式的研究与实践。数年的实践证明，通过营造积极进取的人文环境，构建立体式的交流平台，提供多样化的实践机会，实施循序渐进的培养方案，创建人性化的管理环境等措施将育人教育融人到创新教育之中，将人文精神的培育嵌入到科技素养的培养之中。这不但培养了学生的综合能力，有力地促进了实践创新活动的开展，而且为创新基地育人模式的研究进行了有益探索。Besides creating the innovative platform for students＇ practice and innovation, the Electric ＆ Electronic Innovation Centre of Science ＆ Technology in Huazhong University of Science and Technology actively carries out the exploration and practice on education mode at the same time, depending on innovation centre. A few years of practice has proved that through these measures, that creating an up- and- coming human environment, constructing the threedimensional platform for communication, providing a variety of opportunities for practice, carrying out step- by- step implementations of the training program and taking humanized management environment, people education into innovation education is merged and the nurture of humanism spirits into technology literacy training is embeded. Not only can the students develop comprehensive abilities and obtain forceful promotion of practical activities, but also the useful exploration into the education mode of innovation centre can be made.
