摘　　要：给出了完备分配格上∧-→型矩阵方程可解的充要条件,并且求出了该类方程的所有极大解。In this paper, some necessary and sufficient conditions for the solvability of right ∧ - → matrix equations over complete and distributive lattices are given and the maximal solutions to this kind of matrix equations are obtained.
