摘　　要："爱"是人生的真谛,"爱"是和谐的基础,"爱"是教育的永恒。"大爱"就是指大学人对国家、人民和事业的热爱与责任感,大学人之间的互相关爱,以及由此而形成的海纳百川、兼容并包的学术氛围和精神境界,"大爱育人"的目标就是要以社会主义核心价值体系培养社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。在建设社会主义和谐社会的今天,尤其需要"大爱教育"。作为培养全面发展人才的高校,要把"大爱育人"作为一种教育理念,以使学生在春风化雨、润物无声的教育至境中不断成长。Affection is the essence of life and the base of harmony, affection is also the eternal of education. Full affection is talking about the devotion and responsibility which Universities bestow our country and people, the affection between the teachers and students in University and in result the excellent and colorful learning atmosphere and spirits. The goal of affection education is to bring up the erectors and successors of our Socialism enterprise with the core valuable system of Socialism. Especially when we are constructing the harmonious social nowadays we need the affection education. As a University bringing up the person with integrate abilities, it is important to take affection education as a education concept so that the students can pullulate in such a salutary influence of education environment.
