摘　　要：阿德勒的个体心理学认为人的心理是一个整体，强调人格的统一性，并指出家庭教育是幼儿人格形成和发展的重要因素，尤其强调父母自身的角色定位将对幼儿生活风格的形成及人格的发展产生深远影响。从阿德勒个体心理学视野看家庭教育中的父母角色，对当下幼儿家庭教育具有一定的借鉴意义。Adler held the view in his individual psychology that individual psych is an entity.Family education, especially the role of parents contributes a lot to the formation and development of a child＇s personality, it is still of reference significance for early childhood family education to see the role of parents from the perspective of Adler Individual Psychology.
