厦门高等职业教育与区域经济关系研究

摘　　要：面对十一五期间的经济社会发展目标，厦门的人力资源和高等职业教育都具有很多不足。在人力资源方面，人才文化程度总体偏低，人才总量不够，人才分布呈行业性与岗位性差异，外来人口总体素质偏低，中高级技工短缺；在高职教育方面，区域性适用专业设置偏少，各校间专业设置缺乏有效协调，高职院校培养的人才层次低。为适应区域经济发展需要，厦门应准确定位高职教育，提升其办学层次；实现民办高职与公办高职协调发展，优化资源配置，增强高职教育服务地方经济的能力。Facing with economic and social development objectives during 11th-flve-year period, there exist many shortages in human resources and higher vocational education in Xiamen. In the aspect of human resource, the general cultural degree of human resource is relative low, tatal quantity of talents is inadequate, talents distribution show industrial and post difference, general quality of migrant population is relative low and middle and high level technicians are short. In the aspect of higher vocational education, specialties adjust to regional economy are short, specialties in different schools don＇t harmonize effectively, the level of talents cultivated by higher vocational schools is low. In order to adapt to the development of regional economy, Xiamen should orient higher vocational education rightly and enhance its school running level; achieve the harmonious development between private higher vocational education and governmental higher vocational education, optimize resources allocation and enhance the abilities of higher vocational education serving for local economy.
