摘  要:目的:用生物标志物和主要金属污染物含量的变化来分析清水饲养对螺蛳的影响。方法:从污染区采集一批螺蛳,经过清水饲养后,测定螺蛳GSH-Px、SOD活性、MDA含量、Pb、Cd、As和Hg含量。结果:清水饲养对螺蛳GSH-Px、SOD活性和Cd含量无明显影响,As和Hg含量低,未检出,MDA和Pb含量显著降低,24 h降低比较明显,继续饲养变化不大。结论:在48 h之内,清水饲养可以使螺蛳排出一部分的污染物,而一部分污染物不能被排出。Objective:To study effects of breeding in clear water on spiral shells, with biomarkers and the main metallic pollutant content. Methods: A batch of spiral shells were gathered from a contaminated zone, after bred in clear water, glutathione per- oxidase ( GSH - Px) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde ( MDA ), Pb, Cd, As and Hg content were detected. Results : After spiral shells bred in clear water, no changes of GSH - Px, SOD activity and Cd content were observed, and As and Hg did almost not exist in spiral shells due to low contamination possibly, and MDA and Pb content decreased significantly,which didn't change any more after spiral shells were bred continuously for 24 h. Conclusion: Some pollutant content in spiral shells after bred in clear water may decrease while some may not change obviously in 48 h.
