摘 要:国外相关研究表明,组织创新气氛是影响组织创新绩效的重要组织因素。本文通过实证调查,对我国背景下不同企业类型中的组织创新气氛差异进行了分析探索。研究者依据企业所有制结构、所属产业、企业发展阶段等类型不同,对企业中的组织创新气氛感知评价差异进行假设验证和对比分析,研究结论将有助于对中国背景下企业组织创新气氛现状的深入了解。Researches abroad so far indicate that a striking element in organizational innovation is individual perceived support for creativity and innovation, which is called organizational climates for innovation. As some research proposed that innovation occurs as a result of the interplay between individual and work-context factors, the most notable factor is the organizational climate. Climate for innovation is a cognitive interpretation of an organizational innovation-motivating situation. On the basis of discussion about the prior research, this article first used survey method to explore the structure model of organizational climate for innovation in China background. By employing factor analysis and structural equation models, reliability and validity of analytical methods, the authors suggest that organizational innovative climate model in China should consist of seven dimensions structures, which include such first-order factors as working environment, organizational support, organizational vision, leadership support, team support, resources, learning growth and knowledge and skills. Secondly, through survey research on cross-regional technology innovationoriented enterprises, the authors explore the status quo difference about different of types of enterprise's organizational climate for innovation categorized by different ownership structure, industry sectors, and stages of development of enterprises in China context and validated the relative assumptions.Result indicated that enterprises in different stages of development, such as the start-up phase, the development phase, the maturity phase and the recession phase reveal significant difference in the staff perception of organizational climate for innovation; besides, the study shows that, overall, difference of organizational climate for innovation of enterprises in different industry sectors at all dimensions is not significant.
