摘  要:建立了等梯度反相高效液相色谱法检测食品中苏丹红Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ的方法。样品用乙腈提取,C18作为固定相,乙腈作为流动相,检测器采用紫外可见光检测器。结果:该方法线性范围为0.15μg/mL~7.5μg/mL,相关系数均为0.999以上(n=7),最低检出限为0.01μg/mL,回收率达到98%~102%。结论:该方法操作简便、快捷、灵敏度高,适用于一般实验室进行食品中苏丹红的检测。A method for determination of Sudan Ⅰ , Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ in food by constant gradient reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography was established in this paper. The sample was treated with acetonitrile, a Hydrosphere ODS-C18 column with acetonitrile as mobile phase and UV-visible light detector.The calibration curve was linear over a range from 0.15 μg/mL to 7.5 μg/mL with a coefficient over 0.999 (n=7). The lowest detected limit was 0.01 μg/mk The recoveries were from 98 % to 102 %. This method had these advantages such as celerity, high effect and high sensitivity, which coule be used in lab for the determination of Sudan in food.
